Yes. Students log in through Google or by email code to enroll. This lets them pick up where they left off, track progress, and re-access lessons anytime.

You can structure your course with chapters and lessons, upload videos, PDFs, images, and other files, and attach downloads at either the course or lesson level. You can also decide which lessons to offer as free previews, even to visitors who aren’t logged in, with a simple toggle inside each lesson.

Videos, PDFs, images, and any additional files. PDFs can be embedded directly inside lessons, so students can flip through slides without downloading.

No. Sherpo hosts your videos and files for you, with no bandwidth overage fees.

All your content is delivered through secure, access-controlled streaming and downloads. Only enrolled students can view lessons or files. Video lessons and embedded PDFs are stream-only (not downloadable), while any additional files you attach can be downloaded by students. Everything is hosted on Sherpo’s protected infrastructure, with Cloudflare handling security.

Yes. We can help you import videos, chapters, and student lists from other platforms — just email migrations@sherpo.io .

We use Stripe, supporting all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard and Visa), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Revolut Pay, Stripe’s Link, and Klarna with Buy-Now-Pay-Later.

By default, Stripe pays out every 7 days directly to your bank account. If you’d like faster access, you can request an instant payout anytime for a small additional fee. More details are available in Stripe’s documentation .

Yes! There are no monthly fees. We only charge a 5% transaction fee on course sales. If you upgrade to Sherpo Ultra, you’ll pay no transaction fees at all on Courses, just like with every other product.

All enrollments and revenue show up in your Sherpo dashboard, both in aggregate and per course. You can also see supporter data, preview notes, and student lists to stay on top of your audience.

Yes. Your students are your own. You can always access their emails, enrollment history, and progress data from your Sherpo dashboard. We’ll never show them ads or sell their data.
