Anyone with an audience. Creators on X/IG, YouTubers, musicians, podcasters, writers, programmers, nonprofits, cosplayers — all use Coffees and Goals to get direct support from their fans.

No! Unlike other Sherpo products, Coffees and Goals do not require sign-in. The checkout is instant and frictionless, so fans can support you in seconds.

They work similarly, but Goals are designed for fundraising campaigns. On Goals there’s no emoji or tip customization, and each contribution has a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $100,000. You’ll also set a fundraising target (e.g., $10,000). Contributors can see the progress toward that target as it grows.

For Coffees, fans can choose how many to send at once — 1, 3, 5, or a custom number. The minimum price you can set for a single Coffee is $3, and the maximum is $50. You, as the creator, control the look: under Prices & coupons → Personalize tip, you can pick the emoji and edit the text that appears after “Send them a __.” Goals have no such customization.

Yes! Supporters can leave personalized notes when sending you a Coffee, and you’ll see all of them in your Sherpo dashboard. They can even send them anonymously. Notes are private to you and not public.

We use Stripe, supporting all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard and Visa), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Revolut Pay, Stripe’s Link, and Klarna with Buy-Now-Pay-Later.

By default, Stripe pays out every 7 days directly to your bank account. If you’d like faster access, you can request an instant payout anytime for a small additional fee. More details are available in Stripe’s documentation .

Yes! There are no monthly fees. We only charge a 1% transaction fee — that’s 5x lower than alternatives. If you upgrade to Sherpo Ultra, you’ll pay no transaction fees at all on Coffees and Goals, just like with every other product.

All contributions show up in your Sherpo dashboard, both in aggregate and by product type, along with supporter notes, amounts, and totals — so you always have a clear picture of your earnings.

Yes. Your supporters are your own. You can always access their emails and contribution history from your Sherpo dashboard. We’ll never show them ads or sell their data.
