Playground is now live

Sherpo Playground is now officially live!

This exciting new feature allows you to experience some of our builder functionalities, even if you haven't yet gained access to our Closed Beta. Playground is our first step toward a fully-fledged open source solution, leveraging our modular architecture to let anyone freely create Sherpo-generated pages. For now, these pages won't persist, but you can get a taste of what's to come.

Get Started with Sherpo Templates

To help you build familiarity with Sherpo, we've included several templates in Playground. These templates allow you to rearrange and customize Sherpo Blocks, which are the building blocks of any Sherpo-generated page. Each block will be modular and self-contained, making it easy to create and customize pages to suit your needs. And remember: Playground is just a taste of what Sherpo is capable of.

Currently, we're offering templates based on creations from our existing customers:

• Storefront: This template is perfect for creating online storefronts for your content. In Page Info, you can give a title, subtitle, and thumbnail URL. In Content, you can write a description of the offering, a bullet point list of its main features, and include additional links (limited to 2, in Playground) with a description. Finally, there are 3 FAQs you can play around with.
• Article: The very template used for this blog post! Perfect for sharing updates, stories, or any form of written content.
• YouTube embed: Ideal for embedding YouTube videos or live streams. This template helps you distribute engaging video content with a description and additional links. Say goodbye to cramming every link inside the video description! (Note: Playground currently supports YouTube embeds only, but the full version also supports our proprietary video embeds, allowing you to upload directly on Sherpo).

How to Access Sherpo Playground

Accessing Playground is simple. Just head over to Dashboard, from our website or at dash.sherpo.io, log-in with your email and start experimenting with the templates and Sherpo Blocks. It's a great way to get a feel for our platform without any commitment or need for a Closed Beta invite or request.
