A Product is any digital content that can be distributed through Sherpo.
To create a new Product, go to your Space home page by clicking on your icon on the top left, and add one from the “Available products” panel:
In the Product page, under Content, you’ll see Prices. That’s where you can change your baseline Price. Remember that prices can only be updated once every 60 minutes, and you’ll need to connect to Stripe before you can set up pricing for paid products.
Remember: adding a Price automatically publishes your product!
On Sherpo Flex, Products cannot be priced below $3. On Plus and Ultra, there is no such limitation.
Under Products → Content you can upload up to 7 files, no more than 1GB in size.
Under Appearance, you will be able to write your product’s description in custom formatting. You’ll be able to upload images, insert links, and even leverage our powerful AI features to proofread your text, get automatic summaries, translations, and much more!
Below Description, under Appearance, you’ll be able to change your Cover by uploading up to 7 files, including videos.
Under Products → Coupons you’ll be able to add a new Coupon.
You’ll see a pop-up where you can name the Coupon, apply a discount (absolute or percentage), and establish revenue sharing with any affiliate, either as a percentage, a fixed amount, or both. You can also include the affiliate's email.
Please note: Sherpo does not handle affiliate payments. All legal obligations and liabilities remain between the original creators and their affiliates.
Under Content, you can see the Danger Zone. There, you can either archive a Product immediately, removing it from sale while still allowing existing customers to access files. Alternatively, you can delete a product entirely. You’ll be prompted to enter the product’s name, but beware: the action is irreversible!
